Some FAQs:
- What are the times for this event?
Friday: gates open to semis, food trucks & vendors at 11am. Gates for the public open at 3pm - 9pm.
Saturday: gates open to semis, food trucks, vendors and pullers at 8am. Gates for the public open at 1pm.
- What time do the pulls start? How much does it cost?
The Weak End Antique Pullers will start at 1pm, and Illini State Pullers - ISP will start at 3pm. Cost to view from the grandstands is FREE!
- What is admission pricing?
Admission for adults (13+) is $10,
children (6-12), Seniors 60+ and military (active or veteran) are $5.
• Are dogs allowed?
No, unless they are service animals.
• Can we bring a chair?
Yes please! While we do have seating underneath our new pavilion, we don’t always have enough for everyone. If you plan on staying and hanging out, you’re more than welcome to bring chairs in.
•What about outside coolers?
Please no outside coolers/drinks or food.
• I just want to get some food from a food truck do I still have to pay to get in?
Yes, if you’re just there to get food, or to just look at the trucks/tractors, you still need to pay to get in.
• Do I have to pay for parking?
No, parking is free, just the amount at the entry gate.
• I bought a ticket online but now I can’t go, can I get a refund?
No, refunds will not be issued. However, tickets can be transferred if you know someone that could go in your place, just forward the email to them.
• Can we sit in/touch the trucks.
Although most people are used to a “touch a truck” event, this is not that type of event. Many drivers put countless hours into washing and polishing their truck to make them show worthy and try and get an award, so please do NOT climb or touch trucks
• What kind of bathroom facilities do you have?
We have porta-potty bathrooms with hand washing stations throughout the grounds.
• Where am I going?
11900 Country Club Rd. Woodstock, IL. 60098 OR type in “McHenry County Fair Association” into your maps. Signage will be placed on the road.
