Actively hiring for laborers to work in busy construction field. This is a full time position with great benefits. Must have necessary skills to work in construction related jobs. Duties will depend on the task at hand but will include light carpentry, hand digging for utility trenches, demo work and much more. This is mostly outside work so must be able to endure weather conditions. Primarily work will be around Waco and surrounding areas. Company offers insurance and we are offering a sign on bonus of $500.00 after 30 Days of employment if hired! Must have dependable transportation and have your own tools. Hard hat and boots are a requirement as well.

Driver must have a current CDL Class A license and clean driving record. Will be driving our company trucks to multiple job sites located within Waco area. Responsible for loading and unloading equipment and construction materials. Will transport any carry offs of dirt, refuse and other materials as requested. This is a full time Monday-Friday position. Hours of operation will be 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The time of operations may change due to job requirements. Company offers insurance and we are offering a sign on bonus of $500.00 after 30 Days of employment if hired! Pay will be based on experience.

Must be able to run various pieces of construction equipment such as:
Backhoe, Excavator, Skid Steer. Must be able to dig near existing utilities and dig to grade. Again, Must be experienced as we do not have time to train due to job schedule.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with project managers.

Responsibilities

-Oversee daily operation of construction projects
-Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
-Communicate project progress with project managers
-Manage subcontractors and employees

Qualifications

-3 - 5 years of experience in construction area
-Strong communications skills
-Ability to read construction documents and plans
-Familiarity with regulatory construction standard
