Another great day celebrating our team! 🚛🍔☀️

Yesterday, we brought our Driver & Maintenance Appreciation Cookout to Shelby, and we had a fantastic turnout!

Our Sales and Management teams fired up the grill with burgers, brats, and all the fixins while everyone enjoyed raffle prizes, Santmyer T-shirts and hats, and plenty of laughs with “Splash Your Coworker!” 💦😆

Most importantly, it was an opportunity to say THANK YOU to our drivers and maintenance team for the hard work and dedication they bring to Santmyer every day. We appreciate all that you do!

Some people bring burgers. Others volunteer as tribute. 💦😂 Our "Soak a Coworker" challenge was one of the highlights of our Driver Appreciation Cookout.

Let's just say our VP of Sales was a great sport and took one for the team (again... and again... 😆).

Our Sales Team hosted a Driver Appreciation Cookout 🚛❤️ to celebrate the incredible people who keep Santmyer moving every day. From great food and giveaways to plenty of laughs, it was our small way of saying thank you for the dedication, professionalism, and hard work our drivers bring to the road every single day.

We’re proud to recognize one of our own, Jeff Rose, for earning 2nd Place in the Tank Truck Division at the 2026 Stoops Freightliner and Western Star Ohio Truck Driving Championships hosted by the Ohio Trucking Association in Sandusky, Ohio.

Competing against many of Ohio’s top professional drivers, this is an outstanding accomplishment and a reflection of Jeff’s skill, professionalism, focus, and dedication to safety behind the wheel.

Jeff is a great example of the commitment and safety mindset shared across our entire driving team, and we are proud to have him representing Santmyer.

We’d also like to thank John Ridgway for volunteering and representing Santmyer throughout the event.
