Leak found.. no one else would even look. They just wanted to sell a new system, the average person can't afford a 6 to 10k new system. We gave our customer a new coil and only charged for the time and refrigerant. The system is back up and running better than ever.

Just wrapped up a full system installation in this home. Previously there was no heating or cooling on the second floor at all. 5 days of scorching attic heat balancing on rafters she's up and running. 60k btu furnace paired with a 2 ton condenser and a combined total of 15 supplies and returns. Every other company said it couldn't be done, we're here to say it can and we saved our customer about 10k.

This is a Trane 3 ton condenser, its the outdoor section for a home central air conditioner system. Last week during the heat wave the compressor had an catastrophic failure, this unit has not been serviced in at least 5 years. The lack of yearly maintenance cost our customer dearly, this is why we push clean and checks. If you don't have you're unit properly cleaned and serviced this is what happens. This thing is petrified with dirt and debris, a central air system should last about 20 years. This is 11 year old and its in the scrap pile, what a shame.
