From 1960s to modern comfort. 🔥❄️

Swipe to see one of the biggest HVAC transformations we've completed this year.

This home started with an original 1950-1960s Green Colonial gravity furnace that had been modified over the years with just four 4" flex ducts. It was inefficient, lacked proper airflow, and didn't even have air conditioning.

We completely started from scratch:
✅ Removed the old gravity furnace
✅ Tore out all of the existing ductwork
✅ Designed, fabricated, and installed a brand-new duct system for the entire home
✅ Added supply runs to the upstairs
✅ Installed a new Tempstar gas furnace
✅ Added a new Tempstar central A/C system

The result is a home with balanced airflow, year-round comfort, improved efficiency, and air conditioning that the homeowners have never had before.

Keeping your air conditioner maintained isn't just about staying comfortable—it's about protecting your investment!

Today's maintenance call is a perfect example of this. The left portion of this photo shows the system before service, and the right hand side shows the difference a deep cleaning can make. A clean, well-maintained system runs more efficiently, helps lower energy bills, improves indoor comfort, and can extend the life of your equipment.

Don't wait until your AC stops working on the hottest day of the year. Regular maintenance helps catch small issues before they become expensive repairs. We not only cleaned this unit, but found a very weak capacitor, some charred terminals and burnt wires, as well as the wrong size capacitor on the fan motor (from who ever worked on this unit before us!)

We hope everyone is having a great and safe 4th of July! 🇺🇸 Just a friendly reminder Lowes sheet metal does year round on call— even on holidays! We want all of our customers to be comfortable!

It may take a little while for us to be there if we are spending the holiday with family, but we will be there to take care of yours as soon as we can.

Thankfully this repair was fairly easy and we were able to get back at a decent time to celebrate with our families!
