I cannot say enough wonderful things about Colonial Fence! From start to finish, my experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional. They replaced both the picket fence in the front of my home and the cedar privacy fence between my house and my neighbor’s property. The results were absolutely fantastic!
I had the pleasure of working with Philippe, and let me tell you, Philippe is TOPS! Customer service is like oxygen to him — it’s simply second nature. He genuinely cares about his customers, takes pride in his work, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. That kind of dedication is rare these days.
What impressed me most was not just the quality of their workmanship, but their commitment to customer satisfaction long after the initial installation was complete.
As anyone familiar with natural cedar knows, wood can have occasional imperfections. After the fence was installed, I noticed a few pickets that weren’t quite up to expectations. Without hesitation, Philippe and his team returned and replaced approximately 26 cedar pickets to make sure everything was just right. No excuses, no runaround — just a genuine commitment to making their customer happy.
And if that weren’t enough, they also agreed to install my mailbox, something that isn’t even part of their usual services! They ended up coming back two additional times to make sure the mailbox installation was completed. That speaks volumes about their willingness to go the extra mile.
Philippe and the entire Colonial Fence team truly understand what exceptional customer service means. They are professional, skilled, dependable, and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. They don’t simply finish a job and disappear. They make sure their customers are completely satisfied.
In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, Colonial Fence is a shining example of how business should be done.
I cannot recommend Colonial Fence highly enough! If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality workmanship, stands behind its promises, and treats customer satisfaction as a priority, look no further.
Thank you, Philippe, and the entire Colonial Fence team, for a fantastic job and an outstanding experience. You have earned my highest recommendation!
