This system handles multiple SKU types and picks cases weighing up to 24 lbs. It can pick either one or two cases at a time depending on the product and application requirements.

The integrated flap detection system automatically identifies whether case flaps are properly closed. Cases with open flaps are diverted to a reject conveyor, helping prevent palletizing issues and improving overall product quality.

To enhance operator safety, the system utilizes advanced safety scanners that monitor the surrounding area. When an operator approaches, the cobot automatically slows its movement, allowing production to continue while maintaining a safe work environment.
