Meet Avery, Field Engineer at Alliance Construction & Design.
In his role, Avery supports Project Managers with their day-to-day workload while staying hands-on in the field and working alongside our Superintendents. It is a role that moves between the office and the jobsite, giving him a front-row view of how planning, coordination, and field ex*****on come together.
One of Avery’s favorite Alliance projects has been the Silverstone Memory Care project off Marina and Broadway. From pulling layout for the entire project with Rod, to now seeing the finishing process take shape, Avery has been able to follow the build from start to finish.
For Avery, the Alliance core value that stands out most is Team First.
“Being newer to the construction industry, I really found value in the Team First core value. It did not matter if I was in the field or the office, so many people have taken the time to teach me the ways of the construction industry.”
That team-first mindset is something Avery carries into his own work every day. Whether he is helping solve a problem, supporting a coworker, working with subcontractors, or simply taking the time to check in with the people around him, Avery understands that strong projects are built through strong relationships.
Avery says he is proud to be part of Alliance because the work reflects real craftsmanship, accountability, and purpose.
“Every project is a chance to contribute to something lasting, structures that communities rely on, spaces that improve people’s lives, and solutions that reflect the high standards our team brings every day.”
We are grateful to have Avery on the Alliance team and excited to continue watching him grow in the field, in the office, and throughout every phase of the build.
