Duties and Responsibilities include:
-Support a team consisting of Project Manager, Estimating Department, Superintendents, and Foreman.
Supports Office Manager and Staff, and is responsible for all associated duties when doing so.
-Payroll , Certified Payroll
-Audit daily reports, time cards and pay stubs
-Monthly Workers Compensation Reports
-Familiar with prevailing wage and Davis Bacon Labor Compliance Laws and Documentation
-Monthly Fringe Benefit Reports
-Project Startup Documents for Subcontractors including contracts, insurance, certifications
-Review Subcontractors’ certified payroll reports for compliance including, but not limited to prevailing wages, craft classifications, and fringe benefits
-Accounts Payable Data entry
-Maintain a filing system in an organized and complete manner

Preferred Qualification:
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Ability to establish priorities and pay close attention to detail with minimal supervision.
-Time management and multitasking are crucial.

Experience:
-2+ years of Construction office experience preferred.
-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel, and word, spreadsheet and Quickbooks accounting/construction software.
