The Spray Foam at 121 is Done! 🚧

Things are moving quickly toward our August 1st move-in date.

The spray foam insulation is now installed, and even with the Texas heat outside, you can already feel the difference the moment you walk into one of the suites. The crew is currently installing the J trim that allows the metal sheeting to fit cleanly and professionally throughout the building.

What used to be 1 inch of closed-cell insulation has now grown into a much more robust insulation package that meets modern building codes, helping tenants stay comfortable and energy efficient.

Looking for even more comfort? Tenants can upgrade to a split-unit AC system, allowing the entire suite to be cooled for surprisingly little added cost each month. When your warehouse feels as comfortable as your office, it changes the way you work!

We also make sure every suite has its own electrical service, eliminating confusion and keeping utility usage straightforward for tenants.

That means your rent covers things like water, general maintenance, property taxes, and building insurance. The only utility you're responsible for is your power bill.
