Rental property drain service in Princeton, TX 🔧

A property management group contacted us after a tenant reported dirty water rising up into the bathtub. Once on-site, our technician verified the blockage was external and received approval to move forward with clearing the drain.

✅ Ran the snake through the tub drain
✅ Successfully cleared the stoppage
✅ Ran the bathtub to test drainage
✅ Flushed the toilet multiple times
✅ Confirmed both fixtures were draining properly

The tub and toilet are now draining as they should at this time.

Bathroom sink clog in Wylie, TX? More like bathroom sink PARTY CLEARED 🎉! 💧

A new friend called us out for a clogged upstairs bathroom sink that was being super stubborn. Our tech superhero discovered the AC condensate line was BFFs with the lavatory drain, causing all sorts of drama and clogs. 🤯 Since the AC line had recently gotten a clean bill of health, we focused on the lavatory drain side. 💪

We:
✅ Removed the condensate hose from the drama zone
✅ Gave the P-trap a spa day
✅ Cleaned out the hose and branch tailpiece (ew, gross!)
✅ Snaked the drain arm (not the fun kind of snake, sadly)
✅ Reconnected and tested for flow (yay, success!)

No leaks, no drama, just a happy drain! 😊

Water heater estimate in Rowlett, TX 🔧

A new customer reached out about replacing their 22-year-old Whirlpool water heater. Although the unit was not leaking, they were experiencing rust-colored water when filling a bathtub.

Our technician inspected the setup and confirmed it was a 50-gallon electric water heater located in the garage. We provided an estimate and reviewed replacement options with the homeowner.

The customer decided to get one more estimate and later let us know they moved forward with another company. While we would have been glad to complete the work, we’re still happy they got taken care of and made the decision that worked best for them.

Toilet repair for one of our members in Wylie, TX 🚽🔧

An existing customer had a front guest bathroom toilet that was not filling properly. Our technician replaced the fill valve, emergency angle stop, and stainless steel braided supply line.

✅ Replaced toilet fill valve

✅ Replaced emergency angle stop

✅ Installed SS braided supply line

✅ Tested toilet for proper operation

✅ Performed a basic home plumbing inspection

The toilet is now working as it should, and no other visible plumbing issues needed to be addressed at this time.

Tankless water heater repair in Plano, TX 🔧 - because who needs a cold shower, right? 😂
A new customer called us after their attic tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. The homeowner had already done their homework and contacted Noritz, who diagnosed a failed motherboard/control board and fan motor (aka the ultimate party poopers). Our superhero technician installed the new parts, then called tech support to complete the board programming (because who doesn't love a good reboot? 💻). Once programmed, the unit was tested and confirmed to be working properly (hot water for all! 🎉).
We also performed a full tankless service:
✅ Flushed the unit (bye-bye mineral buildup!),
✅ Cleaned flame rods and sensors (sparkling clean!),
✅ Cleaned the fresh air intake (fresh air, who dis? 🌬️),
✅ Cleaned the water intake filter (no more gunk!), and
✅ Retested the full system (because we're thorough like that).
After service, no additional issues were found at this time (winning!).

A new customer reached out through our website about two leaking hose bibs. After reviewing options, our technician completed the approved repairs.

✅ Removed existing leaking spigot

✅ Installed a new frost-proof spigot

✅ Added vacuum breakers

✅ Removed brick for copper line access

✅ Installed and secured a new drop ear 90

✅ Threaded on the frost-proof spigot for a supported connection
