WE COLLABORATED WITH GREAT PARTNERS AFFORDABLE RELATED & LEGACY CONSTRUCTION ON THIS $20 MiLLION RENOVATION OF ALMS APARTMENTS IN WALNUT HILLS.

DEPARTMENT STORE MAGNATE-FREDERICK ALMS BUILT THE ALMS APARTMENT in 1891.

OVER THE YEARS THE ALMS APARTMENTS FELL INTO A DIRE STATE OF DISREPAIR.

NEEDLESS TO SAY THE RENOVATION WAS A HUGE SUCESS. NOW THE RESIDENTS RESIDE IN A COMPLETELY NEWLY RENOVATED FASCILITY WITH ALL NEW AMENITIES.

The $26 million renovation will shut down the YMCA on Central Parkway for a year to bring it up to date with the latest health and wellness facilities. The building will also become the home of new affordable housing for senior citizens.
