The New Doubletree Hotel in Reading PA is scheduled to open in October 2015. The hotel will have 209 rooms and 27,000 sq ft of catering space , a green roof , and a 196 seat casual restaurant and tavern. The hotel will be able to accommodate parties from 20 to 1500 plus offer a state of the art amphitheater that has 96 seats.

Consolidated Engineers is pleased to introduce Mike Garverich as our new CAD/BIM manager. Mike will be responsible in managing our AutoCAD and BIM (Building Information Model) operations. Mike has vast experience in AutoCAD and BIM software including REVIT and Navisworks. The BIM Model will allow us to create 3D, fully coordinated drawings. The model will be created in coordination with the architect and other consultants. The BIM Model using REVIT software will allow access to building information from the model data base. Navisworks will identify any interference with building components or other systems. In addition to his duties as CAD/BIM manager, Mike is also a key mechanical designer and has versatile experience in HVAC and Plumbing Design.

Consolidated Engineers is excited to have Mike as part of our team and to help us move forward with new technologies, enhancing the quality services we offer to our clients.
