Here at Baseline Services, we follow specification sheets, API torque & load requirements for any & all pumping unit manufacturers. We can offer a promise that any piece of equipment listed as rebuilt has been disassemble, inspected, & reassembled using our experience & dedication to you as the customer. We have over 130 pumping units along with 400 tons of miscellaneous new & used parts such as: gears, pinions, saddle assemblies, equalizer bearings, crank pin assemblies, gear reducer bearings, races, seals, all structural components along with wireline assemblies, brake components, cables & much more. We are under staffed at the moment & lead times are longer than I would like. However, we are working diligently to fill these positions with a QUALIFIED workforce to better serve you. What a joke. How dumb can you get? I wouldn't have taken that job had my schedule not been full. Note for those who aren't aware. If you are slow pay or have ever been no pay, save us both the time. I just love how everybody wants to talk about it, call & rush all the time, then slow pay me. Fed UP!!

We can surely agree that a set of belts covered from rain, sun, wind, & all other elements will outlast a set of belts of which are not covered? Belts also will last longer when the rewuired horsepower drops after a balance job. We can also agree that it is much safer for employees, contractors, livestock, & public in general to have these moving parts covered. We can also prove the liabilities & costs associated with the traditional steel belt covers, including your workers compensation policies or your contractor expenses to send backhoes & other equipment out when they become too heavy, are far greater than a version of which is almost the exact opposite. If you will grab your tape measure & give me 4 measurements, I will prove that I can build this cover for at least 1/2 the cost to fabricate a steel cover, which I will also quote if you prefer. Our experienced installers can mount 10 of these/day, depending on drive time. Can you install 10 steel guards per day? If so, could I get their phone number please? 1/20th the weight, 1/2 the cost, 100% savings on contractor invoices & workers comp premiums, insurance deductions given your exposure to society is less/safer, you are cleaning up the oceans by using recycled plastics, you get to send some excess profit for the year to a, made in the USA, hard working small business from southern IL. Not to mention, you have increased the value of your business due to the safety aspect along with a slick, clean, modern look. We can send you color matched to your equipment or all black being most cost effective. We currently have over 500 running in 6 different states with 0 issues. We keep your measurements in your file for when that day comes where a beam weight drops & you possibly need a new panel or spine. We can measure & install for you or we can train your people how to measure & install. Call with any questions or pricing. Keep in mind, your price will be based on quantities. Job 1- Deliver & Assembled D80G-143-64 American Unit.
Job 2- Remove C114D-143-64 Lufkin reducer from well 5 & install on well 2. Return to shop with well 2 reducer & repair. Install well 2 reducer on well 5.
5 hrs road time overall for the day. I call that a good day.
