With the winter weather and tough road conditions across Yadkin County and the surrounding areas, our response times may be slower than normal. ❄️🚚

Our CSRs and Technicians are doing everything they can to return calls and respond to service requests as quickly — and as safely — as possible. Your safety and our team’s safety come first.

Emergency plumbing issues will be prioritized, including:
• Busted or frozen pipes
• No water
• No hot water
• Sewer/drain backups

All other service requests will be worked in as availability allows.

As Christmas arrives, we’re reminded of the importance of slowing down and appreciating the people we’ve had the privilege of working with and supporting. That said, we’re truly grateful for your trust and partnership this time of year and always.

Our office will be closed Thursday, December 25th and follow limited hours on Friday, December 26th, allowing our team to spend the holiday with their loved ones.
