DeVos Builders has been a little quiet lately, but for good reason.
Gerrit and his team have been hard at work transforming The Scotsman in Dayton into a truly remarkable wedding venue and event center — a project that beautifully blends history, craftsmanship, and vision.

Meanwhile, in Idaho, they’ve been bringing Green Monarch to life — a stunning three-story, 5,000-square-foot home featuring exposed wood beams, heated floors, and sweeping views surrounded by breathtaking landscape.

Two projects, each unique in character, yet both showcasing the unmistakable craftsmanship and dedication that define DeVos Builders.
