We've been talking a lot about panel safety lately, take a look!

This panel is only 18 years old.

The metal cover of the panel was warm to the touch during our free panel inspection.

When we opened the panel, we saw one of the feeder lines overheating.

Inside the home, the symptoms the homeowner noticed were:
• Flickering lights
• Outlets that occasionally stopped working
• Warm light switches and outlets

These are all warning signs of a serious electrical issue developing behind the panel.
And this isn't an isolated case — this is the 4th home we've inspected with similar problems recently.

If you've noticed lights flickering, outlets acting strange, or anything that just doesn't feel right electrically, it's worth having it looked at before it becomes a bigger issue.

Here’s what we’ve been up to!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes working on some major residential electrical upgrades across Yakima, including this whole-home standby generator system we’re installing right now.

This home is getting:
✔️A full standby generator
✔️ Two upgraded electrical panels
✔️ Clean, code-compliant installation
✔️ Seamless natural gas connection

This home's whole electrical system will be ready for reliable back up power.

When the power goes out, this entire home will switch over automatically. No extension cords, no scrambling, no stress.

We’ll share final install photos once everything is completed and inspected.
