Another great project in the works with General Contractor Archstone Builders for Building Property Owner Vornado Realty Trust.

MCE project is underway at 85 Tenth Avenues building lobby. An 11-Story prime office and retail building adjacent to the Hudson River, High Line, and Chelsae Market. Current tenants include Google with 240,000 square feet and CLEAR Inks with 120,000 square feet.

Reminiscing this project for Discovery at 230 Park Ave South in Manhattan; the core-and-shell electrical system for the global media company’s massive headquarters project and the electrical system for the 7-story interior office fit-out.

This part of the project included the installation of two 2,500amp busways vertically from 2nd floor to the 13th floor, two switch boards in the UPS room, a 300KVA transformer, a Schneider Electric UPS system, and four 400 amp power bars in the equipment room.

Breaking ground at the Redeemer East Side church at 150 East 91st Street in Manhattan.

This ground up development will feature a new 12-story building to house a church, classrooms, and a 55,000-sf theater. The MCE team will install all new electrical, lighting, and low voltage systems including specialty theatrical lighting and controls.

One of MCE’s current projects is the new 12-story, 75,000-sf Shefa School at 17 West 60th Street in Manhattan, a Jewish day school for children with language-based learning disabilities.

The MCE team, working as an electrical contractor in assisting in renovating an existing 10 story building and expanding it upwards by adding two additional story and a rooftop playground. Our crews are installing all new electrical and lighting systems, including 1,652 lighting fixtures; a 500KW UPS generator; a 4000A service; and Arcs and FA systems.

Extensive improvements and redesign projects proceed at Rockefeller Center, with M.C. Electrical providing electrical services for many of these construction projects.

One of the recents was the redevelopment of the famed ice rink area, which will now house multiple restaurants that MCE Team will be working on.

MCE has also recently provided power distribution to the famous Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree.
