Another Project Completed on Broadway and White Street

A 3,000 Sqft full renovation for a gallery on the second floor.

A refinish flooring in natural finish w/ new 16’ walls and a 1/4” reveal going around all the walls.

New lighting was installed with addition to a modified sprinkler system.

NCR is very happy to completed this project with the great effort of our team.

Coming to the final stages of a gallery on 27th Street and 10th Avenue

A 5,000 square foot full renovation where we had to refinishing flooring, new 16’ foot walls with reveals going around all the walls.

In addition, custom made Millwork was made such as an Oak Bookcase and Oak Cabinet in Rift Grain.

Completed Project in Downtown Manhattan.

In this 5000+ Sqft Gallery, NCR constructed new walls that reached up to 16’ tall. New electricity, modified plumbing and sprinkler system, insulated walls, in addition to blocking for each gallery, NCR full constructed and renovated this gallery, having a modern style look.

Existing flooring was kept. NCR refurnished the flooring with two coats of Bona Commercial WaterBase Naturale.

With a custom made millwork in the reception and two offices, NCR is more than happy to finalize this project and have been more than honorable to initiate such a prestige place.

Final stages of our project in Canal Street. Currently, the final finish coat for the floors in the majority of the project.

Steel frames and Oak Doors/Panels have been installed in both offices to give a modern look to the gallery.
