RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
This position is responsible for the overall development, management, ex*****on and completion of control projects.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Define project scope, goals, success criteria and deliverables supporting business goals in collaboration with senior managers.
-Develop full-scale project plans, budgets, schedules and all associated communications and reporting documents.
-Determine resource requirements, enlisting appropriate team members, communicating expectations, supervising team activities and tracking progress to schedules and budgets.
-Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and Requests for Proposals/Quotations (RFP/RFQ) for outside services or tangible assets.
-Delegate tasks and responsibilities as appropriate, identify and resolve conflicts, manage project dependencies and constraints, and develop contingency plans where required.
-Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors/consultants and influence toward positive and accountable actions.
-Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
-Develop and deliver progress reports to managers and others on a regular basis.
-Conduct project reviews post-completion and create recommendations reports to help develop best practices for project management.
Qualifications:
-The ideal candidate will possess the following:
-Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing and/or Business Administration (BSME, BSMT, BBA). MBA preferred.
-10 or more years of experience in project or product management, statistical and business analysis, and management of personnel in a manufacturing organization.
-Certification in project management (PMP) desired
