Series XLA-2 high vacuum angle valves are designed for industrial applications requiring high vacuum and process gas control. They’re commonly used in semiconductor, solar, electronics manufacturing, as well as food and pharmaceutical production.

These single-acting, normally closed valves feature a bellows seal over the shaft and spring, opening when pressure is applied at the pilot port. A replaceable bellows assembly helps reduce maintenance costs and material waste.
