At JLS, honoring and supporting Veterans is a common practice. Our team helped clean up the garden beds at the Veterans Memorial Gold Star Healing and Peace Garden in mid-May prior to Monday's York Gold Star Memorial 5K Run & 9 Mile Tour de Memorials race.

Earlier this month, we also sponsored a Four Chaplains Prayer breakfast which commemorates and honors the service of the Four Chaplains who sacrificed their lives on board the U.S.A.T. Dorchester in World War II. JLS was proud to sponsor a new Four Chaplains & Charles W. David, Jr. Memorial that was dedicated on Memorial Day at the Gold Star Garden during the annual Wreath Laying Ceremony.

Thank you to those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Your honor will never be forgotten.

Happy Earth Day! 🌎

For the third year in a row, a team from JLS partnered with the Lower Susquehanna Riverkeeper Association to clean the stream running along Innovation Drive. This year's haul included several bags of trash, a hunting blind, rain downspouts, a tarp and plenty of rusting metal.

That little stream feeds into Kreutz Creek, which feeds into the Susquehanna River. We’re proud to do our part to take care of our corner of south central PA.
