Estamos buscando miembros confiables para nuestro equipo de construcción de edificios Post Frame durante todo el año en el centro de Nebraska.

Buscamos personas responsables, puntuales y con ganas de trabajar y aprender una carrera en la construcción.

Lo que necesitamos:

* Una persona que se presente a trabajar de manera constante y puntual
* Que se sienta cómoda trabajando en alturas
* Dispuesta a trabajar al aire libre en las condiciones climáticas del Medio Oeste

* Disposición para aprender y trabajar duro

HIRING – POST FRAME CONSTRUCTION LABORER

We are looking for dependable crew members for year-round post frame building construction in Central Nebraska.

What we need:

* Someone who SHOWS UP consistently
* Comfortable working at heights
* Willing to work outdoors in Midwest weather
* Basic tool/equipment experience
* Willing to learn and work hard
* Must provide 2 forms of government-issued ID

Preferred:

* Construction, farm, roofing, concrete, or mechanical experience
* English and Spanish communication skills helpful
* CDL is a plus but not required

What we offer:

* Monday-Friday schedule
* Year-round work
* Weekly direct deposit
* Summer overtime available
* Skill-based pay increases
* Company transportation available from Grand Island and Phillips to jobsites
* Paid travel one direction to job sites
* Strong crew culture
* Opportunity to grow with the company

Typical summer schedule:
6:00 AM start
Average 45 hours/week

Most projects are located in Central Nebraska.

You do NOT need to be a master carpenter.
We are looking for dependable people willing to learn and work hard.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
If you are late or miss work more than 2 times within a 30-day period, employment will be terminated.
