Meet Mark Wilson, Service Technician II

🪛A Hands-On Background
Mark has always been drawn to mechanical work. After attending HVAC school in 2008, he spent his early career working on cars, building skills in troubleshooting, repairs and mechanical work. When he decided to pursue an opportunity in HVAC, a family member introduced him to Walton & Company, giving Mark the chance to bring his experience into the field.

🔧 Building His Career at Walton & Company
When Mark was considering the opportunity at Walton & Company, the company’s family-oriented culture and number of long-tenured employees caught his attention. Now, as a service technician II, his days include preventative maintenance, repairs and responding to service calls. Looking ahead, Mark wants to continue sharpening his skills and expanding his experience as he advances in his career as a service technician.

🏍️ Life Outside of Walton
When he’s off the clock, Mark likes to spend time with his family, take motorcycle rides and work on projects around the house. Depending on the day, you might also find him starting his morning with coffee and a little music, a podcast or some quiet time on the drive to work.

Adhesives Research, Inc., a global leader in custom adhesive tapes, added a new redundant chiller system to its Glen Rock, PA, facility.

Our team provided the fabrication and mechanical contracting services needed to complete this project, including chiller installation, process piping and system interconnections. The new system will support process cooling operations while providing backup capabilities to help maintain facility production.

We’ve teamed up with Kinsley Construction to support ongoing operations at Westlake Corporation’s Leola, PA facility, bringing our custom fabrication capabilities to the site. 🔧

Our team is designing and fabricating a custom stainless-steel skid that will house equipment—including pumps, filters, heat exchangers and controls—to support a new chilled water piping system for production at the facility.

These systems will help:
💧 Keep production equipment supplied with chilled water
🔥 Automatically maintain fire protection system water levels
⚙️ Control process water flow and overflow management

Meet Faith Prinz, Specialty Metals Fabricator 👋🏻

🎨 From Art Class to Sheet Metal
Faith’s journey into the trades began in high school when an art teacher encouraged her to take a metal art and jewelry class. She quickly discovered a passion for working with metal, which led her to pursue metal fabrication at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. There, she found her niche and realized she wanted to turn her skills into a career.

🏗️ Finding Her Future at Walton & Company
After hearing about Walton & Company from her cousin and later connecting with our team through an opportunity at Thaddeus Stevens, Faith knew our shop was the right fit for her. She joined us as an intern in 2025 and returned as a full-time employee after graduation.

Today, Faith fabricates and assembles air ducts and tack welds components when needed. She’s excited to continue growing her skills by learning new equipment and expanding her welding knowledge.

When she’s not in the shop, Faith enjoys spending time at the beach or pool, painting, practicing her photography skills and making memories with her boyfriend, family, friends and cats.
