Spring Tip: Check your outdoor spigots for leaks before using it this spring

This is is a very common problem for property owners, because the outside faucet froze, splitting the faucet pipe (between the cold water connection and the faucet handle on the exterior wall.) This could lead to water damage and if its not corrected soon enough could lead to mold growth.
