Today we celebrate the hardworking men and women who keep the lights on and our communities running strong- Happy National Linework Appreciation Day!! ⚡️👨‍🔧

We're incredibly grateful for the dedication, long hours, and sacrifices these heroes make every single day, often in the toughest conditions, to keep us safe and powered up.

Critel Enterprises would like to offer tips as we enter the weekend with negative temperatures and wind chills. 👇

1️⃣Don't turn your thermostat way down

👉 Big temperature setbacks force your system to work overtime and can lead to failure. Keep temps steady, especially overnight.

2️⃣Change or check your air filters

👉 A dirty filter restricts airflow and makes your furnace or heat pump work harder in freezing temps

3️⃣Keep supply & return vents clear

👉 Blocked vents reduce airflow and can cause overheating or shutdowns

4️⃣Seal drafts & close unused rooms

👉 Cold air infiltration makes your system run nonstop. Close doors, seal windows, and use door draft blockers

5️⃣ Protect pipes near HVAC equipment

👉Frozen condensate drains or pipes can shut systems down. Keep utility areas warm and insulated

6️⃣ If you lose heat, don't panic! Call us at 402-362-2500, we have an on-call technician 24/7!

👉If your heat isn't keeping up, reach out before a complete breakdown. We have an on-call technician available at your convenience 24/7.

Please keep in mind that Critel Enterprises LLC office will be closing at noon 12/24 through 12/29 to allow our staff time to enjoy the holiday with their families and friends. We will resume normal business hours on 12/29. We will have a technician on call throughout the weekend if an emergency arises.

Happy Thanksgiving from our table to yours!
