With the heavy snowfall coming, please take a few minutes to check the furnace exhaust and intake pipes on the side of your home.

❗ If these vents become blocked by snow or ice, it can cause:
• Furnace shutdowns
• Carbon monoxide issues
• No heat when you need it most

👉 Make sure vents stay clear and visible above the snow line during and after the storm.

Today we lost a very special man Donald Ness my wife’s grandfather. He wasn’t just family. He was someone who truly shaped who I am, both personally and professionally. We spent as many weekends as we could camping together, and those are memories I’ll carry with me forever. He was a hard worker with strong values and even stronger ethics. The kind of man who showed up, did things the right way, and didn’t need recognition for it. More times than I can count, he’d be wearing one of my plumbing shirts, proud to support what we were building. I always thought that I should’ve put him on payroll because he represented my company better than anyone ever could. He believed in hard work, honesty, and taking pride in what you do the same principles that E&S Plumbing and Heating was built on. Those lessons didn’t just impact my life they’re woven into how I run my business every day. The world lost a great man today. We lost a grandfather, a role model, and a quiet leader. He will be deeply missed, but his influence will always remain with us.
