Tom update 12/4

Exciting news Tom’s new trailer is being delivered tomorrow 👏🏻👏🏻. The hauling company had a cancellation last minute tonight and asked if they can deliver it tomorrow. We have a large hole that needed to be filled before they came. I reached out 5 mins ago to Josh Gammon. I asked if he could bring me a load of gravel asap. He said he will be there first thing in the morning to drop whatever we need and spread it. Thanks Gammon lawn care. Josh also donated the second dumpster we need for cleanup. Corey Reynolds is gonna shoot and cut the trees over hanging the current pad in the morning also. Now I have get the sewer pipe connected, electrical connection and get a permit in record time. Thank goodness these contractors are willing to drop what they are doing to help last minute. Anyone know someone that can build a small deck with 2 ramps soon? We have Home Depot cards to burn for materials. Let the last minute chaos begin again I’m ready 😂.

I’m reaching out to the community for some help next week. I’m Looking for a few volunteers that know how to work with metal roof and installing a patch in a wood floor. I have a customer just over the York/ Eliot line in Eliot. He’s a Purple Heart Vietnam Vet. Last year I helped him with his furnace and noticed his roof was leaking into his mobile home. I went to Home Depot and bought him 8 or 9 metal roof panels. I did my best to install them with snow on the roof. I stopped the leak. I went to his mobile home this week, he had furnace troubles. I noticed that the roof started leaking again in other spots with the sheet rock and insulation hanging down as well. His floor is rotten and has a hole in it when you walk into his front door. I’m gonna go to home depot this week and get some more metal panels and attempt to hit those new spots next week. I have reached out to a fellow veteran that’s willing to help me try to get the panels on. I’m not a metal roof guy I should just stick to Heating and AC but im willing to help anyway I can. If anyone else is willing to help volunteer reach out to me please. I could use help with the roof and the floor.
