Maintenance Monday: Recharge to Run Strong 💪

We talk a lot about maintaining equipment—but people need maintenance too.

Time away from the shop isn’t just time off. It’s a chance to reset, recharge, and come back refreshed.

Last week was one of those weeks for our marketing department. When our employees take time to disconnect, spend time with family, enjoy a hobby, or simply slow down, they return with renewed energy, focus, and perspective.

Because just like a hydraulic cylinder, you can't expect something to perform at its best without giving it the time and care it needs.

Take the time. Get refreshed. Come back ready to go.

Not every cylinder that comes through our shop is a straightforward repair—and telescopic cylinders are no exception.

This unit arrived with significant wear that affected both performance and reliability.

Our team performed a complete inspection, identified the root causes, and began the repair process to restore it to OEM-level performance.
With telescopic cylinders, precision matters. Every stage must extend and retract smoothly, making accurate machining, proper sealing, and careful assembly critical to long-term reliability.
Whether it's rebuilding damaged stages, replacing worn components, or restoring critical surfaces, our team has the experience and in-house capabilities to bring even complex cylinders back to life.
Because when downtime isn't an option, quality repairs make all the difference.
