It started while these homeowners were sitting in their living room watching TV.
Something happened with the electrical system, and afterward, portions of their home no longer had power.
When Tim arrived, he found an older electrical setup with multiple fuse panels and disconnects that had been added over the years. Rather than simply guessing at what was happening, he spent time looking over the system and talking with the homeowners about their options.
They decided it was time to simplify things.
Riley and Sawyer returned to replace the older equipment and consolidate everything into one new 100-amp electrical panel.

For the homeowner, though, this wasn't really about getting a nice new electrical panel.
It was about getting an aging, complicated electrical system into a much better place — and knowing who to call if there are still issues that need to be tracked down.
