Sometimes the smallest acts make the biggest impact.

While working on our Idaho project, members of the Soles Rest crew noticed a local boy walking to school each day. Wanting to help, they came together and purchased a new bike for him.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Angel Espinoza, our Electrical Superintendent, for his leadership, dedication, and team-first mindset.

Angel began his career in the solar industry in 2021 as a laborer and worked his way through the ranks from electrical apprentice to superintendent. Along the way, he also gained experience in QA/QC, testing, and warranty leadership, building a strong foundation in the field.

What stands out most about Angel is his commitment to helping others succeed. He takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality work while mentoring others to reach their goals.

Inspired by the teamwork and shared drive of the industry, Angel brings that same energy to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, live sporting events, and staying active in the gym.

This week’s Safety Moment focuses on situational awareness, one of the most important skills we bring to the jobsite each day.

In construction, conditions can change quickly. Staying alert, recognizing hazards, and communicating clearly are essential to preventing incidents and protecting one another. Stay present, avoid distractions, scan for hazards, and expect changing conditions throughout the day. Use STAR before starting work, and speak up if something does not look right.

Staying engaged keeps everyone safer. Let’s commit to being aware and proactive on every task, every day.

Breaking ground in Boise!

Last week, our team officially broke ground on the Soles Rest project, and we could not be more excited to bring this one to life. From early planning to stepping onto the site for day one, the team has already set the tone with strong coordination, clear communication, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

A huge shoutout to everyone involved in getting us to this milestone. Breaking ground is always special, but doing it with a team this dedicated makes it even better.

Proud of the work ahead and proud of the people driving it. Off to a great start.

Nothing brings people together quite like good food and good company.

Our teams gathered on-site this month for a crawfish boil, and it was the perfect way to take a break, connect, and recharge together. Moments like these remind us that behind every project and every milestone is a group of people who care about the work and about each other.

Thanks to everyone who made it happen — and to the crew who definitely didn’t shy away from the spice.
