Sometimes the best upgrades are the ones that make a home more enjoyable every day.

For this project, we refreshed both the outdoor living space and the adjoining sunroom to create a more cohesive transition between indoors and out. The deck received updated composite decking, new railings, rebuilt stairs, and integrated stair lighting that adds both safety and ambiance after sunset. The result is a clean, modern outdoor space designed to be enjoyed day and night.

Inside the sunroom, new flooring completely transformed the feel of the space. With natural light pouring in from every angle, the updated floors provide a fresh foundation that complements the surrounding views and helps the room feel brighter, more polished, and more connected to the outdoor living area.

Together, these updates created a seamless flow between the home and the outdoors, improving both the look and functionality of spaces the homeowners use every day. This basement refresh proves that a few well-chosen updates can completely transform a space.

The goal was to preserve the character of the existing basement while giving it a cleaner, more updated look. We installed new flooring throughout, refreshed the bar area with a new bartop, added a bold patterned wallpaper feature wall, updated the stair treads, and painted the ceiling black to create contrast and help the space feel more cohesive. Updated lighting ties everything together and highlights the details that make the room unique.

The result is a basement that still feels familiar but has a much more polished and intentional appearance. The darker ceiling draws your eye through the space, the new flooring and stair treads provide a fresh, cohesive look, and the refreshed bar area creates a natural focal point for entertaining family and friends.

Sometimes the biggest impact comes from enhancing what's already there rather than starting from scratch, and this project is a great example of that approach.

This laundry room and mudroom remodel came together beautifully.

We completely reconfigured the layout to make the space more functional and efficient, while adding custom cabinetry for better storage and organization throughout. The new tile flooring, built-in bench area, and updated finishes help the room feel cleaner, brighter, and much more intentional for everyday use.

From the stacked laundry setup to the added pantry-style storage and utility sink, every part of this remodel was designed to maximize both function and style without wasting space. A huge transformation for an area that gets used every single day.

Big progress is happening on this home addition project.

We’re building a brand new entryway and mudroom connection to the garage, giving the homeowners a more functional transition into the house while adding valuable everyday living space. Framing, drywall, new windows and doors, and exterior work are all moving forward as the structure starts to fully take shape.

The new entry creates a much more welcoming arrival point, while the mudroom will provide practical storage and organization for day-to-day use. On the exterior, the addition is being tied seamlessly into the existing home so the finished result feels cohesive and intentional from every angle.

Projects like this are a great example of how thoughtful additions can completely improve the way a home functions without changing the character of the space. Looking forward to sharing more as this one continues to come together.

This basement refresh is starting to take shape.

We’re updating the space with new flooring, fresh ceiling tiles, and new wallpaper to give the basement a cleaner, more modern feel. Even at the progress stage, you can already see how the updated materials are beginning to brighten the space and make it feel more finished and intentional.

Projects like this are a great reminder that you don’t always need a full rebuild to completely change the feel of a home. Thoughtful finish updates and attention to detail can go a long way in transforming an underused space into something far more inviting and functional.

This mudroom and laundry renovation focused on transforming an everyday utility space into a cleaner, more functional, and better-suited space for daily life.

The project included demolition of the existing finishes, drywall repair, updated plumbing for a new utility sink, fresh interior paint, new trim work, durable vinyl plank flooring, and the installation of butcherblock countertops to bring warmth and contrast into the space. By simplifying the layout and refining the finishes, the room now feels brighter, more organized, and far more intentional from wall to wall.

Utility spaces are some of the hardest-working areas in a home, and thoughtful updates like these can completely change how the space functions day to day. Simple, durable, and built to be used.

Sometimes it’s the smaller exterior updates that make the biggest impact.

For this project, we made a few targeted changes to help tie the entire home together and elevate the overall curb appeal. The front porch pillars were refinished in white for a cleaner and brighter look. The back porch received stained cedar deck posts to add warmth and contrast with the home’s blue siding and stonework.

Simple adjustments, but together they completely refined the look and feel of the exterior.
