3D Aerostructures is pleased to share changes for 2024 as we continue to expand our staff and capex investments to ensure our customers know we are here to support their growth in volume as well as delivery timelines.

3D Aerostructures is unique in the small machining arena, we have positioned ourselves to be a standout by harnessing cash liquidity which allows us to avoid the common constraints of capex that most small businesses encounter when fast growth is needed to support emerging projects and demands in the aerospace market.

Our newest additions for 2024

Acquired Okuma High speed Cellular Horizontal Center
4 axis – High speed, Probing, Tool checking / Breakage detection, Cell controller for “lights out machining”, 6 pallets with modular tooling to maximize efficiency, 180 plus tool changer for committed tooling, and Capex will increase capacity significantly for our customers.

Acquired Haas 4 Axis Machining center
4 Axis capacity for complex parts, Haas controller for commonality to other machines at 3D Aero,

Acquired Zeiss 7106 Multi Axis CMM
Calypso inspection software and Multi axis for complex part geometry.

A shot at the title! 3D Aerostructures Fighter Kristina "Warhorse" Williams is getting her chance at the belt. Invicta51 Warhorse will be fighting for the Flyweight Championship. She is on three fight winning streak, and has gotten stronger every fight. We're so proud of her progress, grit, and determination, even as she has fought through a tough injury, just as she was getting close to her title shot.
