Muskingum Iron & Metal is looking for an experienced **Yard Production Supervisor** to lead our yard operations. If you're an experienced leader who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and leading teams in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you.

💰 Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

What you'll do:
• Lead daily yard operations
• Schedule production and manage inventory
• Coach and develop employees
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Coordinate shipments and improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot day-to-day production challenges

Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of management experience
✔ Warehouse or outdoor yard leadership preferred
✔ Heavy equipment experience
✔ Valid driver's license
