Finished results from our work at Back Nine Golf - Grand Haven.

A 24/7 indoor golf simulator facility where golfers can play world-class courses any time of day. Pretty cool space to be part of. We made sure the interior finish was clean and consistent throughout, because a space that never closes deserves work that holds up.

This is something our crew runs into regularly on West Michigan homes and most homeowners have no idea it is happening until it is too late.

Moisture works its way behind the paint during heavy rain or through the winter and when it releases it takes the paint right off the wood with it.

These shutters had plenty of sun fade built up over time, so they came back to the shop for a full refresh.

We cleaned them thoroughly, prepped the surface, and applied a fresh coat of paint to restore a consistent finish. Once they’re reinstalled, they’ll tie right back into the home’s exterior.

On tilt-up walls, we’re not guessing. We’re testing:
-Moisture levels
-Surface pH

Because if you trap moisture or coat over high alkalinity… it might look fine today, but it won’t last.

This is the kind of work that never makes the final walkthrough photos, but it’s the reason those photos still look good years later.
