Key Responsibilities:

• Problem solves and investigates
troubled tools, processes or
machinery.
• Start up of injection molding
machines and robots.
• Perform process monitoring as
defined on the process monitoring
sheets.
• Responsible for reporting any
damage or repairs needed to molding
machines, support equipment and/or
tooling by way of Maintenance Work
Orders and/or Request for Mold
repair forms.
• Establish and maintain company key
measure as it pertains to process.
• Adhere to and implement procedures
that are in the best interest of
Primera.
• Responsible for the organization
around the molding machines.
• Initiation and implementation of
process changes that will improve
yield, reduced production cycle time,
lower cost and improve quality.
• Use lean manufacturing methods to
reduce waste in all areas of
responsibility.
• Perform mold changes if needed.
• Provide support for production
activities.
