Business doesn’t always happen between 8–5—and sometimes going the extra mile means literally going the extra mile.

After four different drivers canceled over the last few days on an urgent, full-truckload delivery for one of our distributors, we weren’t about to let their problem become our customer’s problem.

A huge “thank you” to our team member Scott for stepping up at 9:00 pm on a Friday night to load the truck and make sure our distributor in Montana gets the product they need by Monday. This is the dedication that makes a difference!

That’s what service looks like at Quest. Going the extra mile isn’t just something we say—it’s something we do.
