In 2019 On Point Calibration was founded on the simple idea that a company can have all of the personal comforts of a small business while at the same time having the resources as a major corporation. We realize that in todays fast pace business environment that you need to have everything at your fingertips. Not only the ability to purchase a quality product; but knowing if you

need support there’s an actual person there to help. As communication between our clients and us is our number one priority, we offer customer service by phone, email, forum and chat. Our site forum also allows our users to share ideas and help others all across the world. As we realize that hardness testers are a very small part of the metallurgical industry. Yet operating them properly, calibrating and repairing these machines is field on its own; which is why we dedicate ourselves to offer information to others who seek it.

Ok so apparently in order to change the name of my company on Facebook I was told I have to announce it so; Tester Source will now be known as On Point Calibrations LLC and will be run by my wife Heather Tracy who I've transferred all remaining assets both physical and intellectual. In May of 2012 the idea for our company was born. That a company founded on traditional values with the personal intimacy of a small business could at the same time have the resources and capabilities of a major corporation.

We realize that today whether it be manufacturing, metals testing or precision machining that time is of the essence and having everything at your fingertips is priority! That having an affordable and quality calibration is sometimes just not enough. Knowing there will be an actual person there to help not only gives peace of mind but can sometimes make all the difference. When it comes to dedication to customer service we are paramount. If you have a problem you can rest assured we will have a solution you will be satisfied with!

Our members can rest easy with access to a 24-hour hotline where a Senior Technician will help them find a solution. Members also have access to our expansive database of ‘On-Point Tech. Guides’ which cover topics from proper tester operation to troubleshooting and repair. We also know that knowledge is key, which is why we are dedicated to offer information to those ho seek it.
