This project took the team off island to the neighboring Water Island. Water Island is an 8 minute ferry ride from St Thomas. Material was delivered via badge services. This island is home to the popular Honeymoon Beach, which is frequently visited by cruise ship passengers, day sail tourist, and locals alike. The clients desired to convert their garage/ storage area into a two bedroom apartment. Water and sewage lines had to be channeled into the area.

Location of this project was the scenic gated community of Peterborg. This project daily graced us, with the immaculate views of Magens Bay. The client wanted an upgrade to her lower level apartment. TriView removed the existing ceramic tile floor, and installed new ceramic floors. The unit received new ceilings with installed lighting, new kitchen and appliances, painting etc. There was lots of rerouting of plumbing and electrical to facilite the projects requested finish. A cinder block wall was also built into existing rock to install solar batteries.
