We are hiring!
Import Supply is looking for an experienced office and operations professional to join our team at our St Thomas office. This is a job that involves juggling a lot of different responsibilities and is not just a desk job!

- Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Must possess confidence and comfort level with computer systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus!!
- Ability to be organized, work independently, and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- receiving shipments and inventory
- working with technicians and contractors
- preparing client invoices & follow up
- researching and answering client inquiries
- help to maintain customer database and organizing scheduled work
- support management as needed
