Springline Architects (A Novus Architects Company) is proud to play a key role in shaping the future of St. John with the Enighed Pond Community Park! The park will include an amphitheater, community spaces, playground, and retail opportunities. The initial design direction was presented at a recent town hall, where our St. Thomas Office Lead and Principal, Gilbert Laban, shared the latest updates and renderings of the park with the community.

Springline Architects, a Novus Architects company, was recently featured twice in The Virgin Islands Consortium! The first article spotlights their ongoing project with the VI Health Department on the Morris De Castro Clinic in St. John. The clinic is a vital part of the Department’s mission, serving as a crucial resource for the community in both public health and emergency response capabilities or capacities.

Springline was also featured for their ongoing work on the WTJX Broadcasting Facility. The scope of work for this project is to provide a new building that has a total area of approximately 11,672 square feet housing a large and small broadcasting studio.
