EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The recent unprecedented and historic hurricanes, IRMA & MARIA, have caused extensive damage and destruction throughout the Leeward Islands. Landside buildings, marine structures, and associated infrastructure have suffered
damages. Inspections and assessments of existing conditions, and either demolition, restoration, rehabilitation or replacement of the facilities will likely be required. CBE Engineering Associates Ltd, together with top-rated engineering
