NEW INDUSTRIAL PARK INTRODUCITON: THUAN THANH III
INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHT: Investment licience granted to investor for rented 1000m2 factory area. 2 year profit tax exemtion and 4 year deduction.
1. Location
Thuan Thanh III Industrial Park is located in the communes of Thanh Khuong, Dai D**g Thanh, Song Ho, Gia D**g, Dinh To - Thuan Thanh district, with an area of 300 ha.
The industrial park is located close to National Highway 282, Ho street - Phu Thuy, located in the south of Ho town, 25km from Hanoi, 17km from Bac Ninh city, 47km from Noi Bai International Airport, from the port Cai Lan (Quang Ninh) is about 145 km, about 140 km from the Vietnam-China border gate.
2. Traffic
The internal road system is built with a reasonable cross-section, ensuring easy and convenient means of transportation to each factory. Lighting systems are installed along the roads.
3. Power system
Power is supplied continuously and stably through a 110/22 kV substation with a capacity of 2,500 KVA. High voltage electricity network (22KV) is provided along the internal roads in the area. Enterprises invest and build low voltage stations depending on the consumption capacity.
4. Water supply
The water plant in the IP was built with a capacity of 6,800m3/day and night. Water is taken directly from groundwater. The water supply system is provided to the foot of the fence of each enterprise and factory.
5. Wastewater treatment
Each plant must treat wastewater with a biological treatment system. Wastewater is treated locally at factories before being discharged into the general wastewater drainage system of the industrial park.
6. Waste
Solid waste will be classified, collected and transferred to a centralized landfill.
7. Fire protection
The water supply system with fire hydrants is arranged along the roads of the Industrial Park. The distance between the fire hydrants is 150m, ensuring convenience for firefighting when a fire happens.
8. Communications
The telecommunications system meets international standards and is always available to meet the needs of high-speed communication, data transmission and domestic and international postal services.
