Samsung SDI đã chọn CK Solution làm nhà thầu EPC cho dự án phòng sạch mới tại Malaysia.
Nhà máy Samsung SDI đặt tại thành phố Seremban, miền Nam Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) sẽ khánh thành năm 2025, một năm sau khi Samsung ra mắt dòng pin hình trụ có kích thước 21mm x 70mm dành cho xe điện.
Nhu cầu loại pin hình trụ này được dự báo tăng trưởng từ 10,17 tỉ pin trong năm nay lên 15,11 tỉ pin vào năm 2027. Samsung SDI kỳ vọng vào nhu cầu từ các công ty chế tạo công cụ điện và hệ thống lưu trữ năng lượng cũng như sản xuất xe điện (EV).
Samsung SDI là nhà sản xuất pin Lithium hàng đầu và khách hàng của họ bao gồm các nhà sản xuất ô tô BMW, Ford Motor, Volkswagen, Huyndai.

DRY ROOM AND APPLICATIONS:
Respect to the conditions in the production line following the high technology in the requirements close to extreme condition of air conditioning has been increasing.
In terms of the cleanliness, we, as the representative in the production of semiconductors, the super cleanliness ㎛ ocfl a0s.s1 for the super clean room because of the super minute manufacturing process.
In terms of humidity of air, if any problem happens with a product by reaction of processing moisture, it will be necessary to dehumidify the whole manufacturing room.
A room maintaining low humidity is called DRYROOMS, and the room with air condition no higher 10¡Cis specifically called DRY ROOMS, distinguishing it from the previous low humidity room (comparative humidity of RH 10~30%).
The uses of DRYROOM include the manufacturing of Lithium battery or medical supplies, safe keeping semiconductor, and manufacturing line products, etc.
Previously, the dehumidification was made with a solid absorption type dehumidifier partially matters like N2 and Silica Gel for some part of manufacturing equipment. However, as the production capacity enlarged and its requirement lowered the humidity of the entire room easy to handle, ROOM has appeared. However, in the application of previous dehumidification method, it was used the 2N because of a human body in a room, and as for the solid absorption type dehumidifier, costs of equipment and its operation are too high, a super low humidification equipment was using the dry type dehumidifier of Hanicom Rotary type.
When compared with ordinary air conditioning equipment, generating low humidity air will increase costs of equipment and its operation. Therefore, we aim to design air conditioning generating low humidity air at lower cost.
