We are thrilled to announce that Sweco Vietnam (Boydens Vietnam part of Sweco) recently joined our partners at the topping-out ceremony of Hotel West Lake at 18 Thuy Khue, Tay Ho, Hanoi. Representing our team at this significant milestone were Nguyen Thi Trang (Associate Managing Director) and Nguyen Truong Giang (HVAC Team Leader), celebrating the structural completion of what will soon be a landmark of modern hospitality in the capital.

This project marks our second collaboration with the Wink Hotels brand, following the successful operation of Wink Hotel Can Tho. Having finalized the design in 2022, seeing this 17-story structure stand tall is a testament to the enduring precision of our engineering and our commitment to transforming urban landscapes.

As the Sustainable MEPF Design Consultant, our role is to provide the technical excellence that supports a seamless guest experience. By integrating high-performance engineering with a strict focus on LEED Gold standards, we ensure that ultra-modern hospitality and resource efficiency coexist through sophisticated, future-ready design.

Together with West Lake International Tower Company Limited and Van Aelst - Nguyen & Partners Architecture Consulting, we are proud to deliver resilient, sustainable engineering for this iconic development in the heart of Hanoi.

Đó là một bài toán chiến lược.

Hiện nay, sạc xe điện vẫn thường bị hiểu lầm là một hạng mục nâng cấp bền vững, một thứ "có thì tốt" và có thể bổ sung sau khi thuận tiện. Thực tế, điện khí hóa đang nhanh chóng trở thành một yếu tố sinh tồn:
🛡️ Một quyết định trực tiếp bảo vệ giá trị dài hạn của tài sản.

Những tòa nhà chậm trễ trong việc hoạch định lộ trình điện khí hóa sẽ sớm đối mặt với áp lực kép từ:
🚗 Rủi ro lấp đầy: Khách thuê và cư dân mặc định coi hạ tầng sạc xe điện là tiêu chuẩn bắt buộc khi chọn nơi ở/làm việc.
🔌 Rủi ro an toàn: Hệ lụy từ các trạm sạc lắp đặt tự phát, thiếu kiểm soát và không đồng bộ với hệ thống an toàn tòa nhà.
💰 Rủi ro chi phí: Gánh nặng tài chính khổng lồ khi phải "đập đi xây lại" hạ tầng điện một cách thụ động trong tương lai.
📉 Rủi ro cạnh tranh: Giá trị chuyển nhượng và cho thuê sụt giảm so với các dự án mới được thiết kế sẵn sàng cho tương lai.
