Ứng dụng:

1. PE túi mua hàng và túi đựng rác.

2. Màng PE công nghiệp, vật liệu bao bì và thùng chứa,…

3. HDPE đúc thổi hoặc ép phun

Tính năng:

1. VC - PE là một Polyethylene có chứa khoảng 75%~80% canxi carbonate, có màu trắng xám.

2. Có thể được trộn với nhựa polyethylene thổi phim, đúc, ép…và rất dễ dàng để phân tán với khả năng tương thích tốt. Cải thiện khả năng chịu nhiệt, chống trượt, ổn định kích thước. Nó cũng làm giảm phát nhiệt do đốt và do đó ngăn ngừa ô nhiễm môi trường.

Cách dùng:

1. Tỷ lệ sử dụng khuyến khích ở mức 10 ~ 35% tùy thuộc chủng loại và yêu cầu của sản phẩm.

2. Nhiệt độ xử lý được thiết lập theo nhiệt độ chế biến nhựa và được sử dụng tốt trong khoảng 220oC ± 40oC.

Đóng gói, vận chuyển và bảo quản:

1. Túi PE hoặc PP, 25 kg /bao.

2. Lưu ý để tránh độ ẩm, ánh nắng và dễ vỡ trong vận chuyển.

3. Sản phẩm này khá nhạy cảm với độ ẩm. Sẽ không ảnh hưởng nếu để lưu trữ trong túi bao bì gốc. Hãy chắc chắn rằng sử dụng sản phẩm ngay lập tức sau khi mở túi đóng gói. Nếu sản phẩm có vấn đề về độ ẩm, làm khô nó bằng không khí nóng dưới 90oC trong 30 phút.

Tính năng:

1. VC - PP là một Propylene chứa 75%~80% canxi carbonate, có màu trắng tự nhiên.

2. Nó có thể được trộn với nhựa Polypropylen đùn, nhiệt hình thành, ép phun…và rất dễ dàng để phân tán với khả năng tương thích tốt, cải thiện khả năng chịu nhiệt, độ bền uốn, ổn định kích thước ngoài ra còn có tác dụng làm giảm phát nhiệt do đốt và giảm ô nhiễm môi trường.

Cách dùng:

1. Tỷ lệ được khuyến cáo ở 5 ~ 35% với vào từng yêu cầu của sản phẩm.

2. Nhiệt độ xử lý được thiết lập theo nhiệt độ chế biến nhựa và nó được áp dụng tốt trong khoảng 240 ± 40oC

Đóng gói, vận chuyển và bảo quản:

1. Đóng gói bằng bao PP hoặc PE với quy cách 25kg/bao.

2. Lưu ý để tránh độ ẩm, ánh nắng và dễ vỡ trong vận chuyển.

3. Sản phẩm này nhạy cảm với độ ẩm nhưng không ảnh hưởng nếu bảo quản trong bao bì gốc. Hãy chắc chắn rằng sử dụng sản phẩm ngay lập tức ngay sau khi mở ra sử dụng. Nếu sản phẩm có vấn đề về độ ẩm, làm khô bằng không khí nóng dưới 90oC trong 30 phút.

VC –W is a polyethylene based masterbatch containing highly dispersive Titanium dioxide. It is white masterbatch with excellent disersibility. It applies well in injection, extrusion, blow molding, film etc.

Additives : Dispersion agent, processing aid

Processing temperature : 140 – 280oC

Uses percent : 3- 8 %

Compatibility : LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP

Packing : 25 kg/bag

Storage : Keep at dry condition

Features

VC – PP is a poly propylene based masterbatch containing 75%~80% calcium carbonate. It is natural white with excellent dispersity.
It can be mixed with Poly propylene resin for extrusion, thermal forming, injection etc. and is easy to disperse with good compatibility. It functions as a modifier to improve the heat resistance, flexural strength, size stability and printability. It also reduces heat release from burning and there force prevents further environmental pollution.
Physical Properties

Processing suggestions

General loading is recommended at 5~35% with variation according to the products.
The processing temperature is set according to resin’s processing temperature and it applies well among 240±40oC.
Package, Transportation and Storage

PP heavy-duty bag, 25kg/bag.
Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage in transportation
The products is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use product immediately after open the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90oC for 30 minutes.
