DÂY CHUYỀN LUYỆN CÁN THÉP THANH VẰN ROTARY ENTRY SYSTEM:
Tổng thầu: SINO METALLURGIC GROUP H.K. LIMITED
Hệ thống luyện cán thép thanh với tốc độ của thanh có thể đạt 45m/s. Cùng với hệ thống vòi làm mát hiệu quả đỉnh cao, là vòi phun thế hệ thứ sáu do hãng Morgan - Mỹ thiết kế. Đây là hộp làm mát có hệ thống van, được điều khiển bằng hệ thống phần mềm Trí tuệ nhân tạo.
Sau khi sử dụng hệ thống làm mát thế hệ mới này, nhiệt độ của thép thanh hoặc thép cuộn dây có thể được kiểm soát chặt chẽ trong +/-10 độ C hoàn toàn tự động theo yêu cầu của quá trình cán, do đó chất lượng của thép thanh và thép dây sẽ được cải thiện rất nhiều.
Đây là một trong những thành công vượt bậc dựa trên sự kết hợp kỹ thuật giữa hãng Morgan – Mỹ và Sino Metallurgic.
