Mô tả công việc:
• Giám sát chất lượng tất cả các công tác xây dựng, kiến trúc kết cấu, hạ tầng công trình.
• Làm báo cáo ngày về tình hình công trường.
• Làm báo cáo nghiệm thu các hạng mục (nếu có)
• Chụp ảnh các hạng mục thi công, upload dữ liệu, tiến độ.
• Hỗ trợ, kết hợp với văn phòng, kiểm tra các sai sót và báo cáo về hiện trạng - chỉnh sửa.
• Thực hiện các công việc có liên quan đến chuyên môn.
• Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7 tại công trình.
Yêu cầu công việc:
• Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành từ Cao đẳng trở lên
• Siêng năng – trung thực
• Đã từng giám sát công trình công nghiệp
• Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 3 năm
• Có chứng chỉ giám sát xây dựng cấp 3 trở lên
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có thể đi công trình các tỉnh xa.
• Sử dụng thành thạo chương trình CAD, Revit sẽ là một lợi thế.
• Khả năng làm việc độc lập, sáng tạo, làm việc theo nhóm và chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
• Có tinh thần ham học hỏi, nhiệt huyết, trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
• Ưu tiên biết tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung chuyên ngành
