🎯 Position Summary
Autonics is a global leader in industrial automation, specializing in sensors, controllers, and automation solutions. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Engineer to join our Ha Noi office at Autonics Vina.
This role will contribute to expanding the market presence and distribution network of the Autonics brand in Northern Vietnam. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal departments to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
2. Take responsibility for specific FA products and act as a specialist to support customer inquiries and market demands.
3. Execute sales activities in line with the company’s sales strategy to achieve assigned targets.
4. Monitor new projects and market trends and propose suitable automation solutions to improve customer efficiency.
5. Prepare and report sales plans, activities, and results to the manager.
6. Cooperate with FA partners, including system integrators, OEM machine manufacturers, distributors, and end users.
🎯 Job Requirements
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer position or a similar role in automation product sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (automobile) is preferred (still consider if not have driver's license).
• Experience in industrial machinery, automation systems, or sensor/controller solutions is highly preferred.
• Good computer skills, especially proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (both spoken and written) is an advantage.
• An English CV is required.
