DesignLive Technologies was pleased to attend the Vietnam-Australia Tech-Connect Forum 2026 in Sydney, bringing together leaders from government, universities, research institutions and industry to explore opportunities for deeper collaboration between Australia and Vietnam.
The attendance of General Secretary and President To Lam was a significant highlight, with Vietnam’s commitment to strengthening science and technology cooperation clearly demonstrated through his address.
A strong theme throughout the forum was the role of partnership in advancing science, technology and innovation, and in turning ideas and research into practical outcomes.
It was also an opportunity to hear more about Vietnam’s growing capabilities across AI, robotics, advanced technologies and materials, and the potential for Australian and Vietnamese organisations to collaborate in new ways.
For DesignLive Technologies, the forum reinforced the opportunities created when technology, expertise and ideas come together across markets. We are particularly interested in the potential for greater collaboration across technology and audiovisual solutions as the relationship between Australia and Vietnam continues to develop.
